About the images…

In late October, I took off for a drive through the countryside of Wisconsin and Iowa without a destination in mind. My only plan was to head west from Chicago in search of the magical fall colors of the upper Midwest, and see where I ended up. After weaving across the miles of farm roads I made it as far west as Dubuque, IA before turning back. Let’s take a ride!
